How Can I Be Saved?

Faith Comes by Hearing
When Paul spoke of hearing he obviously revealed a different meaning than just literally hearing. He showed the two spies coming back with a good report of being able to overcome the enemy that possessed the Promised Land:

Rom 10:17
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Hearing the word of God clearly means to receive what is entailed in the words, not just the words. Everyone can hear, but not many will comprehend:

Matthew 22:14
For many are called, but few are chosen.

Confessing Jesus as the Christ
Mat 10:32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

Repentance
Act 2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? Act 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Baptized into Christ
Mar 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Remain Faithful
Rev 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
